This site adheres to XHTML 1.0 Transitional standards. Upon posting to the internet, each page is validated via the W3C schools "Markup Validation Service." Regretably, this doesn't confirm that text content is accurate and not misspelled, but merely ensures a similar viewing experience across different browsing platforms.
Usability
This site is intended to be easily navigable by a diverse audience, but unfortunately with my lack of experience, if there is a group that gets left out, it will be the blind. I try to include all elements to ensure proper reading by screen readers, but with my general inexperience, I'm sure there are some missing. Each page has a standard look and feel and hopefully an easily navigable menu.
SEO
To increase traffic, I've tried to regularly add content to site. I've included all required tags and descriptors with useful descriptions, and repeated key words.
ROI
As the purpose of this website is more personal than business, at most my hope is to increase traffic and information about myself, China and the useful things I've come across. If a potential employer views the website, and likes what he sees, then so much the better.
